The visit to the Grotto of Wonders includes access to the Ham Museum and the Castle of Aracena.
It is mandatory to arrive at least 10 minutes before your visit time. In case of late arrival, it will not be possible to make the visit.
Under no circumstances will changes, cancellations or telephone reservations be accepted.
Ticket valid exclusively for the selected time.
- You must be at the entrance 10 minutes before the time of the visit. Once it has begun, entry will not be allowed.
- The price paid will not be refunded, except when the purpose of the service or activity to be carried out cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond the control of or not attributable to the taxpayer obliged to pay.
- There is the possibility of changing the day and/or time of entry (only once and within a time period not exceeding one year), provided that it is communicated no less than 1 hour in advance of the established time.- In the case of reduced tickets, you must justify the situation that will give rise to such reduction.
- It is forbidden to carry out any type of filming, recording or taking photographs.
- It is not accessible for people with reduced mobility, respiratory or gastrovascular insufficiency and/or claustrophobic.
- Comfortable clothes and flat shoes. A 1 km course, several flights of stairs, very high humidity, slippery floor. For your safety, follow the guide's instructions at all times.
- As it is an area of great geological and natural value, any act that involves the destruction of formations will be reported to the competent authority, and will be considered a serious attack on the natural heritage.
- The payment of the public price does not affect the liability that may be demanded of visitors for any damage caused to the facilities, objects or buildings on the occasion of the visit.
- Group and guided tour. Duration: 50 minutes approx.
- Tours are conducted in Spanish. Audio guides are available in several languages, which are free of charge.
- The ticket must be downloaded to the mobile phone and/or printed.
- At all times the visitor must have a civic behavior, avoiding bad behavior that may bother the guides and the rest of the visitors. Failure to do so may result in expulsion.
- The City Council of Aracena always reserves the possibility of modifying the schedule in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
